What can I expect at my first visit?
You will be surprised by the amount of time Dr. Moody will want to spend with you on this first visit. This is your chance to discuss your medical and personal history, so that Dr. Moody is able understand you as a whole person. Throughout the appointment you will have the opportunity to ask questions about your health concerns and wellness desires. Dr. Moody here to be your doctor, to answer your questions, and help you.

What should I have at my first appointment?
Prior to your first appointment at Fountain of Health Contemporary Medicine, you will asked to have completed a patient questionnaire.  Forms can be downloaded directly from the website.  Please complete as much of the paperwork as you are able to prior to the visit, and bring it with you.  It will also be helpful to have any medications and/or supplements that you are currently taking with you. If you have recent lab work/results, copies of these assessments will help Dr. Moody get a better picture of your medical health. Please do not worry if you do not have any lab work. 

Does Fountain of Health Contemporary Medicine take insurance?
Fountain of Health Contemporary Medicine is not a recognized provider for any insurance companies.  As of today Dr. Moody does not submit claims to insurance companies on your behalf, but this is a service she is hoping to provide in the near future. Fountain of Health Contemporary Medicine will however, provide you with the information necessary for you to submit your claim to your insurance company. Submitting a claim does not guarantee coverage from your insurance company. Fountain of Health Contemporary Medicine requires full payment at the time services are rendered. Payments can be made by cash, check or credit cards.

Can I use Naturopathic medicine while I am on a treatment from my MD or DO?
Yes, but it is important to keep all of your doctors informed of ANY changes to your medications, supplements, or medical treatments.
