o    One stop for complete blood work, health assessment physical exam and comprehensive one on one visit with the doctor to go over blood work and any health issues revealed through tests and exam.
 
o    Cost includes: Complete lab work, draw fee, and one 30 minute consultation with the doctor.  Program is designed to benefit those without insurance, or those with limited blood work coverage.  Great to be combined with the Family Health Package for office visit coverage!!
 
        Packages range from $245-$534 depending on extent of laboratory work desired...
                The $534 Package equates to an $1100 value of what insurance testing would cover!

o    All lab packages include: CBC, CMP, Thyroid panel, Kidney and Liver function and Cholesterol panel.  More tests are available.
