About Us  | Dr. Lauri Moody, N.M.D. first became interested in wellness and fitness the same year she took up running, at age 12. She discovered that her passions were embraced in a form of medicine, and for that she pursued her Doctorate at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. Dr. Lauri received her undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst, graduating cum laude with her B.S. in Exercise Science. Prior to entering medical school, she worked as an Exercise Physiologist in a corporate setting.
As a student, she helped found the Naturopathic Board of Aesthetic Medicine. She is a 2-time finisher of the Boston Marathon, but most proudly, is a devoted mother to a beautiful 3 year-old girl.
